Frequently Asked Questions
If you have other questions you'd like to ask, you can WhatsApp us below.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing, unless you choose to continue. No credit card required to start, so there's no automatic charge. You'll have complete access to see your missing revenue, then decide if you want to keep going.
What if I'm not technical? Can I still use this?
Absolutely. Incendium was built for marketers, not engineers. The AI landing page builder, Smart Links, and tracking setup all work without coding. If you can run Meta ads, you can use Incendium.
Do I need to remove my existing analytics to use Incendium?
No. Incendium is designed to run alongside GA4, Meta Pixel, and your current tools. Most users run it in parallel for the 14-day trial to see the difference, then decide whether to keep both or switch entirely.
How does Incendium's attribution differ from what Google and Meta report?
Google and Meta use their own attribution models — designed to maximise the credit their platforms claim. Incendium collects data independently as a first-party tool, applies its own attribution logic across all channels simultaneously, and has no financial incentive to favour any platform. The result is a single, unbiased source of truth rather than five competing ones.
Is Incendium's tracking affected by iOS 17, ad blockers, or cookie restrictions?
No. Incendium uses first-party, server-side tracking that runs from your own domain — not a third-party script that blockers know to intercept. Multiple tracking layers run in parallel so if one is restricted, the others continue capturing data. iOS 17's Link Tracking Protection, Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention, and ad blockers do not affect Incendium's data collection.
Is Incendium's data collection privacy compliant?
Incendium is built for privacy-first data collection. As a first-party tool operating under your own domain, it is designed to support your compliance obligations — including consent management — wherever you operate. Speak to our team about your specific compliance requirements.
Can I upload offline or CRM data to enrich my reports?
Yes. You can upload CRM and sales data via CSV and map it to your existing visitor and order records. Once joined, that data is immediately available across every report and dimension in Incendium — including LTV analysis and attribution modeling.
What is EBA and how is credit assigned?
EBA — Effectiveness-Based Attribution — is Incendium's proprietary attribution model. Rather than assigning conversion credit based purely on clicks, EBA scores each session based on engagement quality: scroll depth, time on page, interaction events, return visits, and conversion proximity. Sessions with higher quality scores receive proportionally more attribution credit, giving a more accurate picture of which channels are genuinely driving intent versus simply generating last-click credit.
How does Rezonate personalisation work without manual rules or segments?
Rezonate uses Incendium's behavioural data to automatically identify visitor patterns that correlate with the metrics you care about — conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase. It builds segments dynamically from those patterns and serves each segment the most relevant content, offers, and messaging in real-time. There are no rules to write, no lists to maintain, and no manual segment definitions — it learns and updates continuously.
How is Conversion Lab different from other A/B testing tools?
Most A/B testing tools are standalone — they track clicks and conversions but have no visibility into session quality, engagement depth, or attribution. Conversion Lab is built into Incendium, so every test automatically tracks pageviews, engagement scores, interactions, and conversions using the same data your attribution and reporting run on. You also get trended results to avoid decisions based on anomalies, simultaneous test management, and AI-assisted control generation — all without stitching together separate platforms.
Does Incendium work for B2B with long sales cycles?
Yes — and it's particularly well suited for it. Most attribution tools cap their lookback windows at 30 or 90 days, which makes them essentially useless for B2B deals that take months to close. Incendium supports an unlimited attribution lookback window, meaning touchpoints from the very first interaction are still credited when a conversion finally occurs — however long the sales cycle.
How does Lightning Landers differ from a page builder I already have?
Most page builders give you a canvas — Lightning Landers gives you intelligence. Beyond drag-and-drop editing, it has AI built in so you can generate full pages from a brief, rewrite copy by describing the change, and create or edit images without leaving the builder. Dynamic components automatically pull your best-performing products or content in real-time. Pages are served via Incendium's edge infrastructure for fast load times, and performance reporting is built in — no separate analytics setup required.
How is Incendium different from just using a BI tool or data warehouse?
A BI tool or data warehouse requires you to get data in, model it, and build reports — which means engineering time, ongoing maintenance, and a team that knows SQL. Incendium captures the data, attributes it correctly, and surfaces it in purpose-built reports and dashboards out of the box. The attribution modelling, engagement scoring, LTV analysis, and personalisation are all pre-built and integrated — not something you assemble yourself. For most marketing teams, it's the difference between having insights in a day versus a quarter.
Revolutionary Enterprise Web Analytics
How Incendium's Web Analytics is Different

Get The Full Picture On Marketing Spend Efficiency
A big problem with mass-market analytics platforms is that they do not cater well for businesses which convert offline (most B2B). Incendium closes this loop and allows you to fully attribute revenue across all your channels. No more flying blind.
Ecommerce sites have an easier time than B2B, but they mostly rely on biased attribution, last click models and flawed data that can steer them completely in the wrong direction. Incendium changes this.

Does Your Content Marketing Work?
It's potentially one of the most powerful marketing activities you can engage with, but most analytics platforms can't measure it. Marketers have no idea what is working and what isn't. Without being able to attribute revenue, nothing can be optimized and budgets can't be properly allocated.
Incendium solves this with Content Attribution, and true measurement of engagement. Many visits to viral content are single page sessions. They may be extremely positive, but leave it up to a solution like GA and it is counted as a bounce with 0 time-on-page recorded. Incendium records scroll rates, records time on page with in-view timers and can measure micro-interactions to judge effectiveness.

Bounce Rate is Dead
If you are still relying on Bounce Rate to judge success, or Time-On-Page from a mass-market solution, you are doing it wrong. People visit all sorts of pages on your site for all sorts of reasons; it’s only Incendium Analytics which can take into account who they are, what stage of the buying journey they are in, and the purpose of the page they are visiting to assess if a pageview was positive or problematic.
