Track Long-Term Customer Value with LTV Reporting

With our new Lifetime Value report, you can track how much revenue your customer cohorts generate over time. Easily see which acquisition months are yielding the most valuable customers and how spending patterns evolve.

Key metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) are displayed alongside cohort revenue, giving you a clear picture of your marketing efficiency and payback windows. Whether you're optimizing ad spend or refining retention strategies, this report gives you the data to make smarter, growth-focused decisions.

Custom Attribution Modeling: Full Flexibility

Building on the foundation of our Effectiveness-Based Attribution (EBA), we now offer a Custom Attribution feature. Both EBA and Custom Attribution allow you to adjust touchpoint weightings throughout the customer journey. But there's a key difference in how sessions are handled:

  • EBA focuses only on effective sessions—those that meet your quality benchmarks.
  • Custom Attribution includes all sessions, whether effective or not.

This gives you two lenses through which to analyze performance: one that emphasizes high-quality interactions, and another that considers the full customer journey.

Which Should You Use?

  • Choose EBA if your goal is to focus on meaningful, high-quality interactions that drive conversions.
  • Choose Custom Attribution if you want a complete view of all user sessions, regardless of engagement quality.
